Digital Lean Lego Pizza Game

February 25 @ 8:15 am - 1:00 pm
$50

Delivered by “Factory of the Future”, Swinburne University of Technology, this Digital Lean Lego Pizza Game is a fun and interactive workshop for learning about Lean concepts and Industry 4.0 digital technologies.

[Restricted to 2 people per Organisation, due to high demand]

Adopting Lean practices helps you work smarter and make processes easier.
Enhancing Lean practices with technology can take your Lean activity to another level, turbocharging your efforts and achieve higher levels of operational excellence.

In this workshop participants will learn about several Lean concepts through gameplay using Lego and discuss and experience how technology can be used to streamline and enhance a production process and Lean practices.

Working in teams, participants make pizzas (using Lego) to fulfill customer orders, and practice concepts of Lean through several rounds of Lego pizza making. Between each of the rounds there’s opportunity for discussion and sharing ideas about process improvements and technology enhancements. Then try out and adapt select technology into the game play to test your improvement theories.

Join us for a fun morning of learning about Lean Industry 4.0 through Lego pizza making.
We complete the workshop session with pizza for lunch.
