Michael brings over 30 years of experience in Business Improvement and Transformation across the private and public sectors. He integrates Project Management, Change Leadership, and Process Improvement and Automation to deliver transformation programs that create sustainable, measurable impact.
Most recently, Michael served as Director, Business Improvement at the Department of Transport and Planning, where he established and led the Business Improvement function, embedding a structured framework and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the department.
In November 2025, he founded MD Process Innovation. He also delivers Lean Six Sigma training in partnership with Vative, a business optimisation consultancy and training provider.
