Robert is obsessive about creating a frictionless customer experience from the digital through to the physical and building high-performance cultures. Robert headed up the digital/physical entry of Amazon and Vistaprint (Cimpress) into Australia.
Robert is a Co-founder of Whitewater TX, a global leader in large scale transformation and business reinvention.
Robert is also supporting the development of Operational Excellence on the BoD of Lean Enterprise Australia as a Lean Coach.
