Provide a facilitator who would be readily available for
advice and assistance to the team. |

The Host Facilitator will act as coach / facilitator /
resource for the Team. |

Provide working accommodation for the team, a place they can
call "home" for the week. This may also include access to a computer for data
presentation and team report preparation. |

Provide the necessary induction / orientation to the
organisation including any particular safety precautions and any required safety
equipment. Depending on where the students are going to be working, this induction may
take anywhere from half an hour to several hours. To maximise the time the students have
to work on the project, it may be advantageous to have this orientation prior to
the Q-Ed Week. |

Participation certificates, prepared by the Geelong Quality
Council, will be countersigned by the host facilitator and presented to students by the
host facilitator at the presentation to plant management session. |

Payment to the Geelong Quality Council of $250 to cover costs
of student training day. |
| 7. |
Payment to the students of $5 per student per day at the host
organisation consistent with Work Experience Form requirements. This payment should be
made direct to each student at the conclusion of the week at the host organisation. |

The Geelong Quality Council is developing a web site to
promote its activities. We would like to include a summary of the student projects on this
web site. Please indicate on your project report summary form if the host organisation is
happy to have the project details published on the web site. |

Host organisations may choose to promote the program
themselves via press releases to the local media. |
