School Registration Form For Q-Ed 2004

  1. To be completed by the Careers Teacher by Friday 25-Jun-2004.
  2. Host allocations will be on a "first come, first served basis".
  3. The Host allocation will be emailed to the teacher by 16-Jul-2004.
  4. Each student needs to also complete the online Student Application Form.
  5. The Q-Ed week is 9-13 August and students will not be at school during that period.
  6. This registration confirms the school's approval of the students participating.
  7. After completing the details, press the "Submit Registration" button to submit your information.
